This place sits out on Kanakapura Main Road, specifically in Agara Village near Tataguni. It is a bit of a mix here because we have both day students who come in every morning and those who stay in the hostel. Being on the edge of Bengaluru means we have some space, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache during rush hour. The school and college parts are all on the same site. We have some trees and a bit of open ground for the kids to run around on. The buildings are mostly brick and concrete. Inside, it's just standard classrooms with wooden benches and whiteboards. It gets dusty because of the road, so we are always sweeping. We’ve got people from the local village working here too. It’s not a very formal environment; we all know each other’s names. Lunchtime is the loudest part of the day when everyone heads to the canteen. We don't have a huge staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it's fixing a leak or moving desks.
