Great Wall The

The Great Wall is right there on 100 Feet Road in Indira Nagar, which is a place that never really seems to get quiet. We’ve watched the buildings around us change so many times, but we’re still here in the same spot doing what we do. It’s a simple setup inside, nothing too flashy, just some tables and a kitchen that stays pretty hot all through the shift. We spend a lot of time prepping the sauces and cutting up the meat and vegetables so everything is ready when the lunch rush starts. Our staff mostly just gets on with the work without too much fuss. Being on such a major road means we see all kinds of people coming through the door, from office workers in a hurry to families who have been living in Indira Nagar for decades. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside is quite loud, but once you’re inside with a bowl of food, you sort of stop noticing it. We don't really do much advertising or anything because people usually find us just by walking past or hearing about us from someone else. It's a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. Every day is mostly about making sure the rice is steamed right and the pans are clean for the next order. We have been here for a long time and it is just what we do now.
