We are based over at 4/1, 3Rd Floor, Devaiah Court, which is on 22Nd Cross in the 3Rd Block of Jayanagar. Being on the third floor means we have a bit of a climb, but the view of the street isn't bad. Grand Chef Indian Foods Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive factory; it’s more of an office where we manage everything related to the food business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on how things are moving along. The office is usually filled with the smell of whatever we are testing that day, which is one of the better parts of working here. It’s a bit cramped with all the samples and paperwork piled up on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, that usually goes out the window. Jayanagar is a nice area to work in, though parking is always a nightmare for anyone coming to visit. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai stall owners by name. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just want to make sure the food we handle is good and that people get what they ordered. It’s a lot of coordination and back-and-forth emails. We aren't a big flashy corporation. We're just a group of people working together in a quiet corner of Jayanagar.
