Gradencity International is based here at 1137 Jayangar III Block in Kuber Nagr, V-2, which is near the Katargam Darwaja area in Surat. It’s a really lively part of the city to be working in every day. Our daily routine involves a whole lot of coordinating and checking on various things. We have this small office space where we handle the mountains of paperwork and talk to people on the phone. Being in Surat, there is always some kind of noise or something going on right outside our window. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and get the work done. We deal with various things and it keeps us pretty busy from the moment we open until we head home at night. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't really need to explain things to each other anymore. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the different tasks piling up, but we just take it one thing at a time. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make us look big. It’s mostly just us doing the job. The location at Katargam Darwaja is quite familiar to anyone living in this part of Surat. We see a lot of the same faces every morning when we go to get tea. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just like running our business and keeping things moving. It gets loud with the traffic, but we just stay focused.
