G.P.M. Public School Rausar

G.P.M. Public School Rausar is located in Indiranagar, right on the 17th Main in the HAL 2nd Stage area. If you know Bangalore, you know Indiranagar is a busy place with lots of shops and houses packed together. Our school is at number 26/A, and it sits right in the middle of all that activity. We have a gate that stays shut during the day to keep the noise of the traffic out. The building is a few stories high and we use every bit of space we have for the kids. In the mornings, the street outside gets quite jammed with parents dropping their children off. We have a small staff of teachers and some helpers who keep the place clean. The rooms aren't very big, but they fit the desks and the blackboards just fine. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just ceiling fans that hum all day long. During the lunch break, the kids sit together and eat from their tiffin boxes, and the smell of home-cooked food fills the halls. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the usual school things like attendance, homework, and fixing things that break. It’s a very normal, local school where we know the neighbors and the families who send their children here. We just try to keep things running smoothly from Monday to Saturday without too much fuss.
