We are over at Wazir House in Pillanna Garden. It is the 3rd Stage, 9th Main area of Bangalore. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for folks to drop by when they are looking for work or trying to fill a spot in their team. We have been in this part of town for a while now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking over resumes. It gets busy here, especially in the mornings. We just try to keep things moving and get people where they need to go. There is usually a bit of traffic on the main road outside, but inside we just focus on the folders and the computer screens. It is a straightforward setup with just desks and a few chairs for visitors. We handle the placement side of things, trying to match people up with what is available. It isn’t always easy but we keep at it. Some days are slower than others, but we like being in this neighborhood because there are good places to grab tea nearby. The 45 area code part of Bangalore feels like home to us. We do not do anything fancy here. It is just about connecting one person to another. If you are walking down 9th Main, you will see the sign at number 35 F. It is a quiet enough building most of the time. We have our routine and we stick to it.
