Gourmi Tects Caterers

We’ve been running Gourmi Tects Caterers from No.70 on 16th Main for quite some time now. It’s right there in Koramangala 4th Block, just across from the Methodist Church. Most people find us because they see the sign when they're headed to church or walking through the block. It’s a busy spot, and our kitchen stays pretty active from early morning. We started this because we liked cooking for large groups, and it just turned into a regular thing over the years. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a place where we prep the ingredients, stack the containers, and get the vans loaded up for whatever event is happening that day. The neighborhood has changed a lot, with new shops coming and going, but we’ve stayed put at this address. Sometimes the traffic on 16th Main makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. Our staff is mostly local guys who know the streets well. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or decorating the place. Most of our work happens over the stoves or on the phone coordinating with people. It’s honest work, getting food to people when they need it for a party or a small get-together at home. We just focus on keeping things clean and getting the flavors right, the way we've done it since the beginning here in Koramangala.
