Golmaal Paratha

Koramangala VI Bk is where you’ll find Golmaal Paratha, specifically on Kewal Kanta Road at number 474. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our window. We started this place because we wanted to be in the middle of Koramangala. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We spend a lot of time doing prep work before the doors even open for the day. The address 474 is a good spot for us. We have some wooden tables and basic chairs for people to sit on. It’s not about being fancy here. We focus on the dough and the fillings every single morning to make sure they are right. You can usually smell the food cooking from down the street. The staff is always moving, especially during the lunch hour when everyone from the nearby offices comes over for a break. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes but people don’t seem to mind the crowd. We have some cracked tiles and the paint might be a bit old in the corners but it feels like a real workplace to us. We don’t use any corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just ask what they want and get it for them. Kewal Kanta Road can be a nightmare for traffic but we are lucky to have our little corner. We stay until the flour is cleaned up.
