Golden Palms Spa Resorts operates its administrative side from a place in Yeshwanthpur, specifically at 25 Iicross Colony. Bangalore 22 is a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that. It’s not the actual resort with the pools and gardens; this is where the behind-the-scenes work happens. We have a small group of people here who handle bookings, talk to suppliers, and manage the staff schedules. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some old desks and shelves full of binders. It’s often a bit noisy because of the traffic outside on the main roads. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets or talking on the phone to make sure everything at the resort is running smoothly. We don't have a fancy entrance or a spa smell in this office. It’s just a practical workspace for the team. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the monthly reports. We usually just order some food from the local shops nearby. The neighborhood is very industrial and residential at the same time. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and everyone in the colony knows where we are. We just do our work, keep our files in order, and try to stay on top of the daily grind. It’s a lot of mundane tasks that keep the bigger picture working. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, but we managed to get a good rhythm going after all these years of being in this colony.
