About Golden Fork An Authentic Punjabi Food – Food & Beverages in Bengaluru
Golden Fork An Authentic Punjabi Food at Indira Nagar 41580. I started this place because I missed the way my mother cooked back home. Indira Nagar is a busy neighborhood, but here at 41580, it feels a bit different. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. It is just me, my brother, and a couple of helpers in the back. Usually, the first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of the tandoor and the fresh coriander. We don't use those pre-made spice mixes you find in the stores. Everything is ground right here in our kitchen. Some days the place is quiet, and other days you can't find a single chair to sit on. That is just how it goes with a small business like this. We have a few wooden tables that have been here since we opened. They have some scratches, but they do the job. We don't really have a set menu that changes; we just stick to the Punjabi classics we know how to make well. The dal makhani takes all day to cook on a slow flame, and we don't rush it. If we run out, we run out. People around Indira Nagar seem to know us now. We see the same faces every week. We just want to serve food that tastes right. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we have a lot of orders, but we try our best. It is just a simple shop for a real meal.
