Gogia & Sons

Our shop, Gogia & Sons, is located at 346 on the 10th Main in Jayanagar 3rd Block. It’s right there on the corner of 27th Cross. My father started things here a long time ago, and now my brother and I handle the day-to-day stuff. Jayanagar has changed so much since I was a kid growing up here. There are so many new buildings and big glass shops now, but we’ve mostly stayed the same. We still have the old wooden shelves and the same heavy front door that sticks a bit when the weather gets humid. We don't really bother with any of that modern marketing or social media stuff you see everywhere. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or they’ve been coming here for decades. The shop is usually a bit dusty because of all the construction going on nearby, but we try our best to keep it tidy for the customers. It’s a family business through and through. We know our customers' names and how they like things done. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if a neighbor needs something urgently, and other times we close early if there’s a family wedding to go to. It is just a simple life here on 10th Main. We don't try to be anything we aren't, and we just focus on getting the work done every day for the people who stop by to see us.
