Our kitchen is located at No.482 in Marenahalli, specifically on 18th Cross in Jayanagar’s 5th Block. We are right opposite the Raghavendra Swamy Temple, so it’s a pretty peaceful area most of the time, except when there’s a festival going on. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the temple is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We do a lot of catering for local families and small gatherings. The space inside is mostly taken up by big pots and prep tables. It’s not a corporate office, it’s just a working kitchen. We start our days early to get the shopping done at the local markets before the sun gets too high. There isn’t much in the way of a lobby or a waiting room here. We’re usually too busy in the back anyway. Sometimes the street gets a little crowded with devotees, but we manage to get our deliveries out on time. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. People in Jayanagar usually just know we are here. It’s a simple life, focused on cooking and making sure we don’t mix up the orders. We just take things one day at a time and try to do an honest day's work. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our phone and this kitchen by the temple.
