We are set up at No.15 on 9th Main Road, right across from the Ambedkar Stadium in Agrahara Dasarahalli. Having the stadium right there means there is usually some activity nearby, especially on game days. Our shop is a practical space where we handle all our catering preparations. It’s not a place for lounging; we’re usually on our feet from early morning until the evening. We don’t use a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff that has worked for us for years. The team is small, mostly local people who live nearby. We know the area well and we’ve seen the stadium crowds come and go many times. When we have a big event to cater, the whole place feels a bit small, but we’ve learned how to move around each other without getting in the way. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, especially when the delivery trucks are trying to park on the main road. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. Most of the people who find us just walk by or hear about us from someone else. It’s a very hands-on job, and we don’t mind the long hours. We just focus on getting the food cooked and out the door while it’s still fresh. It’s a routine we’ve built over time, and it keeps the business running smoothly enough for us.
