You can find Gmr Group over at 138 Srihari in the KSRTC Layout of Chikkallasandra. It’s a regular neighborhood in Bangalore where things are mostly quiet until the commute starts. Our place is a simple building where we’ve set up our workspace to handle the daily grind. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us who know each other well. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through paperwork to make sure everything is in order. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. The office has everything we need to stay productive, even if it’s not the most modern space in the city. We chose this location in Chikkallasandra because it's practical for getting around and the rent isn't as crazy as it is in the city center. We usually have a bit of a laugh during our breaks and then get right back to whatever we were doing. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with complicated explanations. If someone has a question, we just give them a straight answer. That’s how we’ve always operated here at 138 Srihari, and it’s how we plan to keep doing things for as long as we’re here, just keeping it simple and honest.
