You can find us in Peenya, specifically at 17/B in the Khetwadi area. We are tucked right behind Maruthi Theatre, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the place for the first time. Peenya is known for being loud and industrial, and our shop fits right in with that. We handle a lot of engineering work, mostly involving metal and parts manufacturing. The machines are running almost all day. It’s a dusty environment and there is always the smell of cutting oil in the air. We started Global Tech Engineers because we had the skills and wanted to work for ourselves. It’s not a glamorous job. Most days involve wearing old clothes and getting our hands dirty while we work on the lathes or the milling machines. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just walk straight into the workshop. We talk to other business owners in the lane quite a bit. Everyone here is doing something similar, trying to get orders out on time. The power cuts can be a headache sometimes, but we have a generator to keep things moving when it happens. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do the engineering work properly so the parts fit where they are supposed to. It’s a simple way to make a living for a few local guys.
