You can find us on the second floor of building 325 on 8th Main Road in Basaveshwara Nagar. We are right across from the Airtel office, which is usually the easiest way to tell people how to get here. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so we appreciate it when people actually make it to our door. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks, some computers, and a lot of coffee being drank. As Giant Leap Careers, we spend our days talking to people about their jobs and what they want to do next. It is not always easy work, and some days are much busier than others. We don't have a big HR team or anything like that; it’s just a few of us working together. The windows look out onto the main road, so we see the city moving all day long. It can get a bit noisy with the horns honking, but it keeps us energized. We didn't spend a lot of money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We'd rather just have good chairs and working equipment. People come in with their resumes and we try to give them some honest help. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while and we like the local vibe here. There are some good food stalls nearby for lunch which is a plus. It’s a humble setup, but we get things done and keep moving forward.
