Gian Ganga School

Gian Ganga School is located on 23rd D Cross along the Ittamadu Main Road. We are part of the Maruthi Nagar neighborhood in the Banashankari 3rd Stage area of Bangalore. It is a pretty busy corner of the city to be honest. The school building is tucked in between some houses and small shops. We have been here for a while and we mostly serve the families who live within walking distance. Every morning the street gets packed with kids in their uniforms and parents on scooters. We don't have a massive sports field or anything like that but there is a small area for the kids to run around during their breaks. The classrooms are filled with the usual stuff like wooden benches and green chalkboards. It gets quite loud during the middle of the day. We try to keep the place clean but with so many children it is a constant job for the staff. Our teachers are hardworking people who live nearby. They don't just teach lessons; they know the parents and the grandparents too. It feels more like a big family than a formal institution. We don't have a big marketing budget or glossy posters on the walls. Most people find us because they live just a few streets away. It is just a regular local school doing its best to teach the basics to the neighborhood kids. We open early and stay until the last student is picked up.
