Bangalore is always changing, but our spot at 89 2B 2nd Cross in K R Layout feels pretty steady. We are located on Puttenahalli Road in the 6th Phase. If you’ve ever tried to navigate Bangalore 78, you know how the roads can be. Genpact has been in this little corner for some time. It’s not a huge skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a building where we show up every morning. The 2nd Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when you’re trying to focus. We have a few neighbors who have been here as long as we have. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, and we just deal with it like everyone else does in the city. It’s a very normal office life. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist who greets you with a script. It’s just us. You walk in, see a few desks, and see people working. K R Layout is a decent area to be in. We’re glad we found this space. It’s got enough room for what we need to do. When the day ends, we just lock up and head out into the Bangalore traffic. It’s simple. No need to make it sound like more than it is. We are just Genpact at this specific address on Puttenahalli Road. It works for us and the small crew we have here. We've been part of this street for a good while.
