Genpact

This office is situated in HSR Layout 1st Sector, which is one of the older and more established parts of this area in Bangalore. It’s not as flashy as some of the newer sectors, but it has a lot of character and good food nearby. We’ve been at this Genpact location for a while now. The streets are lined with trees, though they’re often covered in dust from all the new buildings going up in the neighborhood. Our day starts early to beat the traffic that piles up on the outer ring road nearby. The office itself is pretty simple. We have rows of desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s not the quietest place because you can always hear the horns and the movement from the street outside. We have a small area where we keep our bags and coats. Most of us bring lunch from home, and the smell of different curries fills the room around noon. The internet goes on and off sometimes when the weather gets bad, which usually leads to everyone taking a break at once. We don't have any big posters or mission statements on the walls, just a few clocks showing different times. It’s a basic setup that works for the team we have here. People mostly just get on with their tasks and head out as soon as the clock hits five to beat the evening rush.
