Genpact

We are located on the first floor at 20 5 Tm Main in Palace Guttahalli. Bangalore is always growing and changing, but this little corner feels a bit more settled and quiet. Our office isn't very large, but it has enough room for the team to sit and work comfortably. We have been in this spot for a while now. The street outside can get pretty jammed up with bikes and cars, especially during the morning rush hour. You can hear the city moving outside from our windows. We mostly deal with the day-to-day operations that keep everything else running in the background. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and talking through different projects. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the desks get a bit cluttered with papers and files. There’s no big sign or anything on the building, just our door once you get to the first floor. Most of us have been working together long enough that we don’t need to say much to know what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward environment. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby or bring something from home. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, so we leave the windows open when it isn’t too dusty or loud outside. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here, just putting in the hours and making sure our part of Genpact stays on track. It’s a solid place to spend the day.
