We are located at 16 174 in Mandi Sayeed Khan, which is a pretty well-known spot here in Agra. The area is always buzzing with people and shops, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. Our office is part of this busy community, and we’ve been handling our operations from here for quite a while now. Inside, it’s just a standard workspace with computers, desks, and a lot of wires tucked under the tables. We focus on the back-end work for Genpact India, making sure all the records and data are sorted out correctly. It can get a bit hectic during the middle of the month when deadlines are close, but we manage to stay organized somehow. The building itself is older, so it has its quirks like the occasional flickering light or a door that squeaks every time someone walks in. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see people at their desks working away. Most of the staff comes from nearby neighborhoods, so we have a good mix of local people who know the area well. Lunch is usually a social time where we share food and talk about things other than work. It feels like a small family unit even though we are part of a much bigger company. We just do our bit every day and then close up the shop.
