Our office is tucked away in Banashankari 1st Stage, specifically on 922 7th Cross in the 2nd Block. It’s a quieter part of Bangalore compared to the main roads, which we all appreciate when the noise gets too much. We’ve been operating out of this building for a bit now, and it’s become a second home for the staff here. The space is mostly filled with workstations and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do a lot of data work and coordination for Genpact India from this branch. It’s not a huge setup, but it gets the job done and everyone knows where everything is kept. Getting here is straightforward if you know the inner streets of the 2nd Block, though parking can be a bit of a gamble if you arrive late in the morning. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk during lunch just to clear our heads. We don’t have fancy cafeteria food, so most people bring their own tiffin or grab something from the local shops around the corner. It’s a very local vibe, and you see the same faces every day. We handle our daily targets and try to stay on top of the emails. It’s a steady pace of work without too much fuss. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it and keep going with our tasks.
