We’ve been here at 30 18th Cross in BTM Layout for a while now. It is a busy part of Bangalore, as anyone who lives around here knows. Most of us take the 8th Main to get in, and the traffic can be a real headache some mornings, but you get used to it after a week or two. The office itself is just where we get our work done every day. We handle a lot of different tasks for Genpact India, mostly paperwork and computer stuff that keeps everything moving behind the scenes. It isn't a fancy place with lots of decorations, just desks and computers and a small area to grab tea. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is pretty normal for this part of the city. We have a small team here and most of us live close by in the BTM 2nd Stage area. It makes it easier to stay a bit late when we have to finish something up. We don't really have a big sign outside that stands out, but if you find the 18th Cross, you’ll find our door easily enough. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and then head home to their families. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when we have a lot of files coming in at once. That's just how it goes here. The tea stall down the road is where we usually end up during our breaks.
