Genpact India Pvt Ltd

We’ve been over here at Genpact India Pvt Ltd in Bangalore for a while now. The office sits right at Door No 455 on 7th Main, specifically the 6th Cross in Mico Layout, BTM. If you know the area, it’s pretty busy during the day. Most of us get here early to beat some of the traffic on the main road. The building isn't anything too fancy, but it works for what we do every day. Sometimes finding parking around the 6th cross can be a bit of a headache if you arrive late. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood with a lot of small shops and places to grab a quick coffee nearby. We spend most of our time at our desks just getting through the workload. The 7th main stretch has changed a lot since we first started, with new buildings popping up here and there. It feels like a very local spot, not like those huge tech parks on the outskirts. We’re just a group of people working together in this part of BTM. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of being in this area. We usually have lunch together or just walk down the street to stretch our legs. It’s a simple setup we have here in Karnataka. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a regular office doing regular things in a busy part of the city.
