Genpact Ge Capital

We are based out of Flat No 06 in the Sai Madura Residency. It is located on 12th Main in JP Nagar 5th Phase, Bangalore 78. Working out of a residential building gives the whole thing a different feel than a standard office block. We are part of the Genpact Ge Capital group, but this specific location is where a few of us sit and handle our specific bits of work. It is a quiet street for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on the numbers. Inside the flat, we have converted the rooms into workspaces. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We share the building with families and other residents, so we try to keep the noise down and just be good neighbors. There is nothing corporate about the setup here. We bring our own lunches, talk about the local news, and just deal with the daily chores of finance work. The 5th Phase of JP Nagar has a lot of nice trees and small parks nearby, which is a nice change from the dusty main roads. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It is just a regular apartment where some serious work happens every day. Most people wouldn't even know there is a business running here if they walked past, which is fine by us.
