We are located on CMH Road in the Indranagar area of Bangalore. This is the place where we handle things for Genpact Bangalore. CMH Road is always moving, with shops and people everywhere, so it’s a lively spot to have an office. We don't have a massive building with our name in lights or anything. It’s just a regular office space among many others on this street. We like being in Indranagar because it’s easy for people to get to using the metro or the bus, and there is a lot of energy around. Inside our doors, things are pretty straightforward. We have the usual office furniture and computers. There’s nothing particularly special about the decor or the way we have things set up. We just focus on the work that needs to be done. The staff mostly keeps to themselves, working through their lists and talking quietly. Some of us have been here for years, while others are newer. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows over the seasons. Even though it's busy outside, we try to keep a calm environment inside. We aren't big on meetings or corporate talk. We just prefer to get the job finished so we can go home. It’s a simple way of running things for Genpact Bangalore. This office on CMH Road is our home base, and it suits us just fine for now.
