Our setup for Genpact Bangalore is actually located over at the S S R Ladies Hostel building. It’s right on the BTM Main Road in BTM 1st Stage. The pin code is 560 068. It might seem like an unusual spot to some people, but it works for what we need right now. We are right there on the main road, so there is always something going on outside. The noise of the traffic is pretty much constant, but you get used to it after working here for a few days. Inside, we have our own space dedicated to the work. It’s not a huge area, but we have enough room for the desks and all the equipment we need. We don’t really go in for any kind of fancy office design or art. It’s a very functional space. We come in, sit down, and get through the tasks for the day. Being in BTM Layout means there are plenty of places to eat nearby, which is a plus for the staff. The building itself is easy to spot once you are on the BTM Main Road. We’ve been operating Genpact Bangalore from this location for a bit now. It is just a simple, local operation. We don't have any corporate polish here. It's just a bunch of us working in a shared building, trying to stay on top of our responsibilities every single day. It’s a practical solution for us.
