Genpact Analytics

We are based down in Bangalore in the Ejipura area. Specifically, we are at House Number 5 on 20th H Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know how the lanes can be a bit confusing. It’s a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. It’s a house that we’ve turned into a workspace for our analytics work. It doesn’t feel like a cold, corporate office; it feels more like a home where people happen to work. We have desks set up in the different rooms. The kitchen is where we all meet up to get coffee or talk about how bad the traffic was on the way in. Ejipura is always busy, and there’s always some kind of noise or activity happening right outside the gate. We don't have a big sign out front. Most people probably just walk right past us without knowing what we are doing inside. We spend our days looking at data and trying to make sense of it all. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast. The power goes out occasionally, which is just part of living in this city, but we have a backup system to keep the computers running. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our jobs well and then head home to our families. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to be every day. We just focus on getting through the list of tasks.
