Genius Public Senior Secondary School

Genius Public Senior Secondary School is situated at No.319 in the CMS Annex. You’ll find us on the 17th Cross, just off the 25th Main Road in JP Nagar 6th Phase. The building is a bit tucked away, which is actually nice because it keeps some of the noise from the main road out. I spend most of my time in the main office near the entrance. The students here are older, so it’s a bit quieter than a primary school, but there’s still a lot of movement in the hallways between classes. We have several floors and the stairs get a lot of use every single day. The 25th Main is always buzzing with people and vehicles, so getting in and out during peak hours takes some patience. Our classrooms have the usual whiteboards and rows of benches. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just open the windows and keep going with the lesson. It’s just how things work in this part of Bangalore. There’s a bakery down the street where most of us go to grab a snack after the final bell rings. It’s a very local atmosphere here. Everyone knows each other's names and we just try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss. It is a practical place for students to spend their day. The trees outside the annex drop leaves all over the entrance, so someone is always sweeping.
