Genius Play Way School

Genius Play Way School is located at number 21, right on 16th Cross in the 6th Phase of JP Nagar. It’s a busy little area with lots of traffic, but we’ve managed to carve out a spot for ourselves here. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or the most modern school in Bangalore. We just provide a place for kids to spend their mornings. The building is functional and simple. We have some drawings taped to the walls and a few shelves for shoes near the entrance. It gets a bit chaotic when the kids arrive at the same time, but we manage to get everyone settled eventually. We don't have a big mission statement or a bunch of corporate values hanging in the lobby. We just want the kids to be safe and learn a few things while they’re with us. The staff here are mostly local people who’ve been around the neighborhood for years. We know the 560078 area well. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to open all the windows to keep the rooms cool, but the kids don't seem to mind much. We don't do much in the way of promotion. If people like what we do, they tell their friends, and that’s how we keep our classrooms full. It’s a very straightforward, practical way of running a school. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and wait for the families to arrive.
