Genisys is right here in Bangalore, India. We don't have a specific street name listed on some of our basic paperwork, but we operate in the heart of this busy city. Everyone knows how Bangalore is—full of tech talk, rainy afternoons, and lots of people on the move. Our daily life involves navigating the usual city chaos to get to our desks. The office is a straightforward place where we handle our daily tasks without much drama. We have some desks, a few meeting rooms that are usually occupied, and a small break area where the conversations are mostly about traffic or local food. It’s the kind of place where you see people focused on their monitors for hours. We aren't trying to be the most modern office in the world, just a place that functions well for what we do. The fans hum in the background and someone is always typing loudly. Being in Bangalore gives us a certain rhythm, influenced by the IT culture that surrounds every street here. We take our breaks when we can and try to keep the atmosphere light. It’s a regular office job for most of us, and we like the fact that it feels grounded and real. No fancy perks or strange rules, just work and a decent group of people getting through the week together. We just try to make sure we do a good job before the weekend arrives.
