Genesis English Medium School

We've been here in Gourav Nagar for a while now. It's a busy part of JP Nagar. The school stays pretty lively from morning till afternoon. Kids come in, bags on their backs, and the building fills up with noise. It’s just a regular English medium school where we try to get through the lessons every day. Some days are loud, especially during the breaks when everyone is out in the halls. We have classrooms set up simply. The teachers live nearby mostly. We walk to work or take a quick rickshaw. It’s not fancy. The walls have some old posters on them. We deal with the usual stuff like missing pencils or kids forgetting their lunch boxes. Parents stop by the gate to drop off their children and sometimes stay for a quick chat about the weather or traffic. Bangalore traffic is always something to talk about around here. We just keep things running. The desks are wooden, some have scratches from years of use. We don't have a big fancy playground, just enough space for the kids to move around. It's a neighborhood spot. People know us by name. We don't do anything too flashy, just stick to the books and make sure the bells ring on time. The afternoon sun hits the front windows pretty hard, so we keep the curtains pulled. That's pretty much us. Just a school in the middle of Gourav Nagar doing what we do every weekday.
