Gems High School

Gems High School is located in Geddalahalli. If you know the Hennur Main Road area in Kothanur, you’ve probably passed by us. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. Dealing with high schoolers is always a bit of a challenge, but it keeps things interesting every single day. The school isn’t some massive glass tower; it’s just a sturdy building where the older kids come to finish their studies. We don't have any of those polished marketing brochures. Most people find us because they live nearby or their cousins went here. Morning assembly is usually when the place is loudest, and then it settles down into a rhythm of classes and bells. The area has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and more traffic than before. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the students are actually reading their textbooks. It’s honest work, and the staff here has been together for a long time. We drink a lot of tea in the staff room and talk about how to get the kids to pay more attention. It’s a very local feel, nothing like those corporate chains you see in the city center. We are just a neighborhood high school doing our best for the families around 560077. It’s simple and it works for us. We just keep doing what we know best year after year.
