Gem School

Gem School is situated at No.94/2/9 in the IPS Colony area of Gottigere. To get to us, you usually take the Kammanahalli Link Road. It is a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the center of the city. There’s a lot of construction happening around Gottigere these days, so the road can be a little bumpy and dusty. Our school building is a plain structure that fits right into the colony. We have a small gate that we open up early in the morning before the first students arrive. The classrooms are simple, and we try to keep them as clean as possible, though the dust from the link road always finds its way in. We have a small staff that has been together for a while. We drink our tea together in the mornings before the rush starts. The kids play in the small open space we have during their breaks. It’s not a huge playground, but they don’t seem to mind much. We don't use any fancy management talk here; we just handle things as they come up. Whether it’s fixing a broken window or sorting out the books, there is always something to do. By the time the afternoon comes, the colony gets quiet again and we start packing up our things to go home. It’s a long walk back to the main road, but we like the quiet of IPS Colony after the day ends.
