Geeta Vidya Mandir School

We’ve been running Geeta Vidya Mandir School for quite some time now over in Kadugodi. If you know the area, we are located right inside the Dakshina Bharatha Mahila Samaja premises. It’s a familiar spot for most of the families living around here in this part of Bangalore. The school isn't some massive glass building you see in the tech parks; it's just a regular place where local kids come to learn their lessons every day. Most mornings start with the sound of cycles and parents dropping off their little ones near the gate. We have a simple setup with classrooms that have seen many batches of students pass through over the years. Some of our old students even come back to visit when they are grown up, which is nice to see. The neighborhood has changed a lot with all the new apartments coming up, but we’re still here doing our thing. The staff usually gets here early to get things ready before the bell rings. It can get a bit noisy when the children are out for their break, but that's just how a school is supposed to be. We don't have fancy uniforms or big buses, but we keep the place tidy and make sure everyone has a seat and a desk. It's just a practical school for the community. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but we manage just fine. We just try to be a helpful part of the neighborhood for the parents here.
