Geeta Public School

Geeta Public School is located at 576, 1st Cross, in the BEML Layout. This is over in the 7th Main area of Kundalhalli-Whitefield, Bangalore 560066. Whitefield is always under construction it seems, so there’s usually some dust and noise from the nearby projects. Our school is tucked into the layout, which makes it a little quieter than being right on the main Whitefield road. The building is a standard size, and we use every bit of it for the students. We have a lot of families from the surrounding apartments who bring their kids here. The morning rush is always a bit chaotic with scooters and cars trying to navigate the 1st Cross. We spend our time managing the classes and making sure the kids stay on task during the day. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a huge budget for extras, so we focus on the basics of teaching. The office is usually a bit cluttered with books and supplies that need sorting. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a community feel, really. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. Some days are long, especially when we have meetings or events, but it’s just the nature of the job. We keep the gates shut during school hours and keep an eye on everything. It’s a plain, honest school for the local kids. We just keep at it every day.
