We are located on the 2nd floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn’t working, which happens more often than we’d like. Since we don't have a street-level sign, you have to know where you’re going to find us. We do a lot of healthcare support from this office. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a few stacks of manuals lying around. We handle a variety of medical tech issues and scheduling from here. The space isn’t huge, but it works for what we need to do every day. We don't really have a lobby, so you’ll walk right into where we’re working. It can be a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the layout. There’s a small window that looks out over the street, which is nice when it rains. We spend our time making sure medical equipment is tracked and serviced correctly. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. We don’t bother with fancy decor or anything. It’s a functional space for a functional job. If you’re coming to see us, just head up the stairs or take the elevator to the 2nd floor and look for the door at the end of the hall. We're usually there from morning until late afternoon. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment comes in, but we try to keep regular hours. It's a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, really.
