G.C.R.D.S.School

G.C.R.D.S.School is down at No 91/2 on Dr A N Krishna Rao Road. That’s in V V Puram, Bangalore 560004. If you know the area, you know it’s famous for the food street, but we are a bit further away from all that noise. The school is a simple structure on a road named after a famous writer, which is a nice touch I guess. We have a decent amount of space for the kids to move around. It's not a huge park, but it’s enough for them to stretch their legs. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building has that classic Bangalore look—solid walls and big windows. We don't have air conditioning or anything like that, just the ceiling fans that hum all day. The teachers here are mostly locals. We don't use any complicated teaching methods. We just stick to the books and make sure everyone is keeping up. In the morning, there’s a bit of a rush with the scooters and cars dropping off kids. V V Puram is a busy neighborhood, so we have to stay on top of things. We have a small office where we handle all the admissions and fees. It’s all very manual and straightforward. We aren't looking to expand or become a huge franchise. We just want to keep this one school running properly for the kids who come here every day. It's a basic place, but it works for the families in this neighborhood.
