If you go down Kanakapura Road to Mallasandra, you’ll find us at No.15. We are a secondary school, so we have been working with the older kids in this neighborhood for many years now. Mallasandra is a growing area, and we have seen a lot of changes since we first opened our doors. The school itself is a pretty standard building. It’s not something you’d see in a magazine, but it works for us and the students. We have a routine that we stick to every day. The teachers arrive early, the kids come in around eight, and the lessons start shortly after. We don't use any fancy technology or have huge fields, but we make do with what we have at No.15. Most of our time is spent just making sure the kids are learning what they need to. It’s a lot of talking, writing on boards, and checking notebooks. We get parents coming in to talk about their children’s progress quite often. The area around us is full of shops and small houses, so there is always someone passing by. It’s a very grounded place. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we are just here to provide a place for the kids to go to school.
