Gayatri Convent School

Gayatri Convent School is over here on the 5th Main in Happy Valley Layout. It’s a pretty decent area of Uttarahalli. We’ve been operating out of this No. 157 building for some time now. People usually find us easily because the layout isn't too confusing once you're off the main road. The school isn't some massive campus, but it fits what we need for the kids. We mostly see local families from around the Bangalore 560061 zip code. Most mornings start with the sound of parents dropping off their children. It can get a little busy on the street during those times, but it settles down quickly. We focus on the daily lessons. There’s always something that needs fixing, like a desk or a leaky tap, but that’s part of managing a school. We don’t go for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people in. The classrooms get a lot of light in the afternoons. It makes for a nice place for the students to sit and learn their subjects. We have a small staff who have been around for years. Everyone knows each other. It feels more like a small community than a big institution. We just try to keep things moving forward and make sure the kids have what they need for their studies. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. We’re just regular people running a school for the local kids.
