Gargi Mineral Water Industries

Our place is out on Alembic Road 12, near the Jnana Bharati area. It’s a bit further out than some other businesses, but we like the extra space we have here. We deal with mineral water, so we have a lot of machinery running most of the time. It’s a constant humming sound in the background of everything we do. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We all know our jobs and don't need much direction from anyone else. The morning starts with checking the filters and making sure everything is clean. We spend a lot of time in our uniforms, which usually end up a bit damp by the end of the shift. The road outside can get a bit bumpy, so we have to be careful when we are loading the crates onto the trucks. We don't have a big fancy storefront or a lobby. If you walked by, you might just see a plain gate and some trucks parked inside the yard. We prefer it that way. It’s a simple business without any unnecessary frills. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry about the rest. Sometimes we sit outside during our break and just watch the people go by on Alembic Road. It's a quiet enough spot once you get used to the sound of the machines.
