If you are looking for us, we are right on the second floor of the Mabruk Apartment building here in Benson Town. It’s a bit of a unique setup being inside an apartment block, but it works for us. We’ve set up the rooms to make sure there is enough space for the students to sit and focus. Being in Flat A 2 means we are tucked away from the main noise of the street, which is quite nice for the classes. People sometimes get confused the first time they visit, but once you find the stairs and head up to the second floor, you’ll see our door. It’s a quiet corner of Bangalore, mostly residential. We spend our days following the curriculum and helping the children with their books. There isn't a massive playground since we are upstairs, but we make use of the space we have as best as we can. Our staff lives nearby for the most part, so we are part of the local community. We know the shopkeepers on the ground floor and the neighbors in the building. It feels more like a small family than a big institution. We keep things simple and practical here. No big frills or shiny signs, just a place where learning happens every day. If you’re walking down Benson Town, you might see us peering out from the balcony during a break.
