Gangas Rich Food

Down on Koramangala Magadi Road 151, we’ve got Gangas Rich Food. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from the other side of the city, but we’ve been at this address for quite some time now. The building at 151 is pretty old, and we’ve had to fix the plumbing a few times over the years. We spend our mornings prepping large pots and making sure everything is ready for the day. Magadi Road is always loud with trucks and bikes, so we usually have to raise our voices a bit to hear each other. We’re not into all that corporate stuff you see in the bigger malls. We just have our kitchen, a few chairs, and the food we make. The walls are decorated with some old calendars and a clock that’s about five minutes fast, but we never bother to change it. Most of the people who come in are locals who have been living in the area for years. We know their names and what they usually like to eat. It’s a bit of a grind, especially when it’s hot outside, but we manage. We’re just a small crew trying to make a living and keep the shop running smoothly day after day.
