Our place is located at 63/2 in the Basavanagudi GIDC area of Odhav. It is tucked right behind the Guna Shela Nursing Home, which makes it a bit tricky for people to find the first time they visit. We have been operating out of this industrial estate for several years now. Inside, it is mostly a mix of machines and people working on packing things up. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we have some large fans that keep the air moving. We make different kinds of food products that go out to the local shops around here. It is a busy environment with a lot of noise from the equipment. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we all know each other well. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers, just a decent-sized setup where everyone does their bit. The trucks come in the morning to load up, and that’s usually when it is most chaotic. The road outside is a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby. We keep our office area simple, just a few chairs and a desk covered in ledgers. We don't spend much on fancy decorations because we are more focused on the actual production work. It is a practical business run by people who live nearby and care about what they put in the packets.
