Gandhian High School

You can find Gandhian High School over in the Breamz Building, right on the 1st Main Road of Dr. Ambedkar Layout. This part of Kaval Byrasandra is always active, and we are right in the middle of it all. The school is housed in a building that has a very practical look to it. We don't believe in having a lot of fluff or fancy decorations around the place. Our classrooms are simple, filled with rows of desks and the usual school supplies. Every morning, the sound of the students arriving fills the stairwell and the halls. It’s a bit of a climb sometimes, but everyone gets used to it. The staff room is usually a hub of activity with teachers swapping stories or planning their next lesson over a quick cup of tea. We have a lot of local children who come here, and it’s nice seeing familiar faces year after year. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, which makes the school feel like a part of the local fabric. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the kids are actually learning something useful. There’s always some paperwork to finish or a parent waiting in the office to discuss their child's progress. It is a busy, unpretentious place where we just do our jobs every day without much fuss. The teachers stay late to grade papers and make sure the next day is ready for the students.
