Gandhi Nikethan Convent School

Our school is sitting on 4th B Cross, right off KHB Main Road in the Kanaka Nagar part of RT Nagar. Gandhi Nikethan Convent School has been part of this little corner for quite some time now. If you walk down the lane, you can’t miss the sounds of children reciting their lessons or the bell going off for lunch. It’s a quiet enough street most of the day, except for when school starts and ends. The building itself is functional and honest, with classrooms that have seen many years of students passing through. We don't have those polished corporate offices you see in the city center. Instead, we have wooden desks, chalkboards, and teachers who genuinely care about the kids they see every morning. Most of our students live nearby, so you often see them walking to school in small groups. The office is a small room where we keep all the records and talk to parents who drop by. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is there at once, but we make it work. We spend our time focusing on the books and the classes rather than anything flashy. It feels like a real community here, where everyone knows the person living next door. We are just a local convent school trying to do a decent job for the families in RT Nagar and the surrounding blocks. It keeps us busy and the days go by quickly with so much to do.
