Ganak Pukhuri H.E School

Ganak Pukhuri H.E School is situated at number 271 on 3rd Cross, 8th Main in the Coffee Board Layout area of Hebbal. It’s a solid, two-story building that has been part of this neighborhood for a while. We share the layout with a lot of families, so many of our students just walk to school from the nearby streets. The classrooms are fairly large, with high ceilings that help keep things cool when the Bangalore sun is out. We have old-fashioned wooden desks that have been scratched by generations of students. The staff room is always a bit cluttered with stacks of notebooks and half-finished cups of coffee. We don't have a massive library, but we have a few shelves of books that the students can borrow. The water cooler in the hallway is the most popular spot during the breaks. We have a small gate that we keep locked during school hours for safety. The principal’s office is right by the entrance, and it’s usually where parents wait if they need to talk about their child's progress. There isn't much of a lawn, just a paved area where we do the morning assembly. When the bell rings at the end of the day, the whole street fills up with students heading home. It's a very straightforward environment here. We don't go in for anything flashy. We just make sure the lessons are taught and the exams are handled properly every year for the higher education levels.
