You can find Gagana Condiments & Bakery over in Jayanagar 4th Block, specifically at Sudguntpalya, number 17. It’s a lively part of the city. We spend most of our time around the ovens and the display cases. The smell of the bread and the snacks usually fills up the street in the mornings. We aren't a massive chain or anything; it’s just us here at number 17. People from the 4th Block come in for their regular items every day. The floor is usually a bit dusty with flour, and the glass on the counters needs wiping down every hour. We’ve got a few chairs, but most people just grab what they need and go. Jayanagar is a busy place, so there’s always someone walking past. We try to keep the shelves stocked, but sometimes we run out of the popular stuff by the evening. The name Gagana is on the board outside. It’s a bit faded from the sun, but you can still read it. We don't use fancy packaging, just simple bags and wraps. Working in a bakery means early hours, usually well before the rest of Sudguntpalya wakes up. It’s hard work, but we like seeing the same faces every morning. We don't have a website or anything; we just focus on the counter and the customers. It's a nice little spot for the neighborhood.
