If you find yourself in Btm Layout 2Nd Stage, look for the 3Rd Cross Link Road. We are at number 120. That is where G S Catering Services is based. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to the main roads, which we appreciate when we are loading up the trucks. We have been in this spot for quite a while. The building has some character, which is a nice way of saying it’s a bit old, but it works for what we need. We spend our days mostly in the kitchen. There is always something to be peeled or boiled. It’s repetitive work, but we’ve gotten into a good rhythm over the years. We know the neighbors pretty well, and they don't seem to mind the smells coming from our kitchen too much. Sometimes they even come by to say hello. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food tastes right and gets delivered. It’s mostly just family and a few helpers working here. We use recipes that have been around for a long time. Nothing too fancy, just standard stuff people like to eat. The 3rd Cross Link Road is a good place to be. We like the trees on this street, they give a bit of shade when it gets really hot in the afternoon. It’s just a normal business in a normal neighborhood.
