G R Caterers

G R Caterers is located in Basavanagudi, right across from Trinity Circle and the Teachers College. It’s a landmark spot near Sree Manjunatha Friends Corner. We’ve been operating out of No.25 for a while. Basavanagudi is a great place to be because of all the history and the people who have lived here for generations. We mostly serve the local community for their various celebrations. Our kitchen isn't very big, but we manage to get a lot done in that space. We focus on traditional tastes that people expect around here. It’s mostly just a few of us working together to get the prep work done every morning. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling their friends about us. Cooking for a crowd is a big responsibility, and we take it seriously even if we don't act all corporate about it. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years, but the demand for a good meal hasn't changed much. Sometimes the street gets crowded, but we manage to get our supplies in and out without too much trouble. If you need to find us, just look for the spot near the college. We’re usually in the back getting things ready for an evening event. It’s a lot of chopping, stirring, and packing, but it’s what we know how to do best. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food and the customers.
